Traditionally the basis of success, they include such values as trust, acknowledgement, a sense of partnership based on competence, economic efficiency, precision, quality, ideas, reliability, openness and the ability to evolve.

Why be satisfied with less when you can have more?

In the Industrial Services segment it is important to want and be able to assume more responsibility in order to live up to customers’ expectations. What we are experiencing is a growing trend towards taking the load off customers, spurred by the prospect of fewer and fewer doing more and more. With our customers’ interests in mind, we are always a few steps ahead of this trend.

The ABC of ensuring continued future performance doesn’t stop at C but goes from A right through to Z.

What does the future hold for us? Rather than asking this question time and time again, it is important to be able to answer it on an ongoing basis. This can be done by continuously extending skills, competence and technology to come up with new ideas, solutions, approaches and strategies. The ability to change and the willingness to improve form the basis for ensuring that this question does not arise in the first place. Instead, the focus is on solutions.

We have developed a customer wellness program especially designed for treating headaches.

Some people take a tablet. Our customers take the telephone knowing as they do that all that is needed for a solution to their problems is a single call. Rheinhold & Mahla customers can rely on receiving full-scale service from us. They know that they will receive only as much as they need and want. Yet, our airbags are every bit as effective as those fitted to a car.
